These updates look fantastic. Great work on the new UI and features. I'm curious, what is the relationship between Nexcess and iThemes/SolidWP? Does SolidWP own Nexcess or vice-versa?

Hi there, good question. Liquid Web is the company, and both Nexcess and StellarWP are sibling brands in the Liquid Web company. Liquid Web and Nexcess both deal with a variety of hosting products. StellarWP is essentially our "software" division. StellarWP is the suite of WordPress products that SolidWP belongs to. Hope that clarifies a bit, thank you!

In addition to being a very early adopter of iThemesSecurity, I also invested in Patchstack when they originally launched as WebARX back in 2018. And as such, I am now grandfathered into a lifetime 10 site Patchstack license. With the upcoming SolidSecurity launch, will I be able to integrate my existing Patchstack license?

We sold lifetime licenses many years ago and those we will continue to honor, but we will not be offering new lifetime licenses going forward.
