I had a very similar situation 3 weeks ago. I emailed you guys about it actually. Guy was a meth head and on top of multiple threats through the facility manager.... he also tried to buy it back several times. It was CRAZZZYYYY

My bud does this almost full-time. He makes it a point to either keep ( a month) or destroy the sensitive /private info & documents in case the former locker owner contacts them thru the storage co. He gets their point too as if he lost personal heirlooms to a stranger, he would be upset too. Most were decent human beings and he agrees to it, including an Iraq war vet who just returned stateside and dint have the funds back then, but a large number are just lazy irresponsible POS.

Most digital safes have a re set button inside using a torch and a long rod through 1 of the holes at rear you can press the button and reset the code saves breaking it open
