The Japanese gave Ghana, not Nana or the NPP the $91 million grant for the project. The money didn't come from Nana or the NPP's "pocket" the body language should reflect that. I saw the Engineers and a group that looked like Japanese, lined up to welcome the President; Nana just waved at them, without shaking their hands! I was disappointed by that, considering the source of the funds for the project.

If Bawumia gets 46% in Greater Accra, he'll win this election. The reason being that, the economic hardship has been felt in this region more than the other regions. My small survey has also revealed that he will close Mahama's gap in the Northern regions. According to plus or minus 5 significant error rules, North East - DMB 70% -30% JM. Upper west DMB 40%- 60%JM. Upper East DMB 38%-62% JM. North Region DMB 47%- 53JM. DMB will win Ahafo, Bono, Eastern, Western and Ashanti. And close the gaps in the volta by getting 15%. Mahama will win Greater Accra, central (doubtful according to my survey- because it's too close to call but given him the benefits of the doubt), Savannah, Upper west and East, Oti, volta, Bono East and western North. He will also close the gap in the Ashanti region by getting 28-29%. Holding all other things constant. Thus, assuming the remaining candidates votes are insignificant. DMB will win by 50.2% with Mahama's 48.9%.with the NPP having the overwhelming majority in parliament. That's why the NPP are rushing to commission so many unfinished and semi finished interchanges and projects within greater Accra. They just need a lil push in numbers from that region to prevent a run off. Just watch and see!!
