I have a 150 cc bike the engine layout is similar to this one, would it still be the same process? Mine's valves are too tight. I don't have the thing u slide betwen to measure the gap, can I use something else to slide in in order to measure it, like a card or something thin enough?

You will need to find out the gap specified for your bike and I have provided a link in the description to purchase feeler guage set recommended by pride
