My father got me into watches at a young age. He was a collector back in the 80s and 90s. I used to tag along when he goes to acquire couple of pieces… to be honest I feel like back then it was a gentlemen’s game, but now it’s more like a status thing, most of the folks nowadays don’t even know what they are actually wearing other than the brand name.
