I used too work at a Military Aiviation Supply and Support company that shared the Landingstirps of one of our International Airports. When the stress of the day would get to me I'd let my Manager know with a secret sign that I was going too a specific spot near the fence. I would wait there until the next big airline came in for landing and just let out a Loud scream that nobody would hear. I usually repeated it a few time and then could go back and face the ugly parts of life again. We still stay close too that Airport and I still find myself going too a secluded spot near the Landing Strip every now and then just too let it all go.
