This is Part 3 and the final video of an Extreme Chassis & Underbody Protection vlog/guide where I'm now adding the Cavity Wax/Lanoguard Protection which is the last step to add extra protection and rust prevention for any moving parts. I also prep & paint a new axle, that unfortunately needed rebuilding too.

Thanks so much! It was a mammoth undertaking and something I thought people should be able to see and follow easily if I was going to do it. Hello there , stripping parts for inspection and checking before swapping parts some times works , when parts are rusty red oxide rust harding paint sometimes works, then sand blasting , and paint . The noisey knocking sounds when driving , sounds like a replacement part. When is the MOT.

Lucky the MOT had just passed, i think the knocking was the lsd clutch plates in the end. I also replaced the UJ's with Spicer ones and it's been perfect. Thanks for watching :)

Any reason you didn’t use the lanogaurd on the inside of chassis rails? I’m going to do the rear of my Navara is 2ltr enough for inside and out do you think?

Hi mate! Sorry for the late reply. I only used Dynax as id heard such good things about the ease of application and coating quality. In hindsight lanoguard would have been fine too. I'd imagine 2ltr will be fine as I had some left :)
