I have been tracking the price of items listed on Amazon since the past 3 years, these sales are literally ripping us off with them doubling their prices and selling the same item for half that amount as 50% off. I wished people did some wishful thinking on that.

Duh, that's why normal people look at the price record before the sale, for items they want. If you fall for that stuff, you deserve to be ripped off

The Alienware aw2725df was $690 last month so it’s unfortunately that the prime day deal isn’t the lowest

Is this Alienware monitor better than the LG 34” on sale for the same price? LG has 240hz but I don’t think it’s quantum OLED.

The LG is using WOLED tech while Alienware is using Samsung QD OLED technology. The difference is LG’s tech is dimmer over in brightness, has pretty bad text clarity, and using a very thick matte finish which decreases clarity, brightness, and vibrancy overall. The QD OLEDs are a more advanced technology currently, they use a glossy finish so much more “beautiful” as they have amazing clarity, better brightness, colors look amazing. But the QD OLEDs don’t have a polarizing layer, meaning that to get the really deep blacks, you need to be in a dimmer room to take full advantage of the infinite contrast ratio. Hope this helps!

@@ConsumerTechReview it sure does thanks for the reply. I’ll probably pull the trigger on an OLED sometime tonight. Thanks for all the vids today too!
