Firstly, I'm surprised that why the best videos of Indian Statesman of these kind are least circulated? Secondly, during the worst economic depression by far in 1991, PV Narasimha Rao has delivered some outstanding achievements for the Indian economy. Furthermore, the bandwidth of ideas, intellect, discipline, adaptability, humbleness, pure heart to persistently help the country prosper always makes him special and best PM of all time.
