Three falling star beast and two astels fell from the sky if I'm not mistaken...this is what radahn was really trying to stop and not ranni...radahn himself is carian meaning his fate was aligned with the stars ...either these being beings were called upon by the intelligence side or the lands between was run by intelligence side at some point....there are alot of there little towers all round the map with women names who were more than likely carian princesses I assume from the names

4:31 Astel meteor, cool (Radahn holds the very stars with his gravity magic to prevent the destruction of the Lands Between. Maybe he knows of the existence of the Astels. There's an Astel cut attack where he'd fly to the sky and dive like a meteor, just like Radahn. This implies that astel should've participated Radahn's second phase, but the devs deleted it after, and made Radahn's meteor instead. Cool to see this feature added back, even if just for visual effects)

The fight of Radahn has always been the one I loved the most, simply because of his lore. I wrote once a small text about what I think is going on, based on the phases. Small intro here The festival began. As it did every year, at this exact same day, at this exact same time. Many have tried. Many have failed. Throughout this time, Jerren has seen Champions of old and new. Foreigners and inhabitants of the Lands Between. All have failed to give Radahn the peace he wanted, he needed, for the insanity of the Scarlet Rot had slowly rendered him to a beast. A shadow of his former self. To see his friend in this state was heartbreaking. Driven insane by the scarlet rot, Caelid, Limgrave, all of Liuarnia would have fallen to the depraved shell that was once Radahn. It was his noble steed, Leonard, who performed the ultimate sacrifice. Despite realizing it will suffer a lifetime, it dragged the remains of his beloved General over the cliff. Now, it walks in circles, on the red sands, preventing his master from shaming himself further by this beastial transformation. The Redmane Soldiers, having seen this fight up close, having seen the effect of the Scarlet Aeonia upon the land, made it their life's mission to prevent the red death from spreading around the lands. Sealing it in a ring of fire, the wall warding off the approach of the scarlet rot. And despite knowing they will never return home, never bask in the light of the Erdtree, or see the magnificent rays of the moon, they stayed. Honoring Radahn's memory. Whether they could ride, walk or crawl, they all march toward Redmane Castle. Towards the cliffs in Dragonbarrow. All to see the sky darkening. Jerren watches you with baited breath and places his sign down. Offering you his assistance. But from what he saw, he only would get in the way. Phase 3: The loss of Leonard awoke something in Radahn. Something that has been dormant for an eternity. He stops holding back. Stops holding back the corruption spreading through his being. @@andyrebelo Radahn was weaker at the time, he was considerably smaller, weaker, less experienced and overall not as strong as he would become later on. Maliketh is a fair point and I don't know enough about that to argue. Though in his fight against Malenia he had the advantage until Malenia used Scarlet Aeonia to force a stalemate. It wasn't a stalemate because Malenia was too strong for him to outright beat, he got afflicted with rot and Malenia almost died trying to kill him. Using the stalemate to claim he isn't that strong is a weak point, though it's one every Radahn hater or Malenia simp can't stop using.

As far as DLC for all of the fromsoft games go. Doing a release where you're just fighting some of these bosses or demi-gods in their prime would be worth every penny if done properly and in-game lore accurate. Boss fights back in time against Gransax or Marika would be awesome. Great vid.

I don't know man. This mod basically just gives Radahn gravity magic earlier on and adds a new phase where he just spams gravity magic. Visuals are cool though.

It's a bit underwhelming, to be honest. Radahn is a warrior, sure, but the gravity magic was mostly cosmetic and that's a real disappointment.

People saying they want to fight Radahn at his prime seem to forget that even at .0001% of his full power, he thrashes you like an absolute clown with minimal effort. Radahn at his prime would delete anything short of an endgame build, and even endgame builds wouldn't last long.

Seeing these mods shows how insanely powerful both Radahn and Malenia were before. That battle had to have almost destroyed the entire Lands Between. Both of them were easily the most powerful in their primes. However, the lore also says that Miquella is the strongest of the demigods. So, he must have been insane.

I love the Radahn vs Melania debates, my opinion remains unchanged. Melania got tilted and used scarlet bloom because Radahn was too much. Would’ve been cool to have a conversation with Radahn in game if he wasn’t a floating zombie
