Today I am going to teach you guys how to make
PRIME RIB. It’s a method based recipe,
We r using only 2 ingredients & highlights,
Crucial steps to make your recipe a success!!!!
INGREDIANTS:-
7LBS Prime RIB (bone out)
SEA SALT
BLACK PEPPER (course)
SERVING:-
1LB per Person when buying & cooked 1/2 LB per person.
METHOD:-
1.Bring the roast to room temp, so take it out of the refrigerator 4 hours before cooking.
2.Season generously with salt & pepper on all sides, Place the roast fat side up on the roasting pan
3.Pre heat the oven @ 500 degrees for 20 mins, to get the bark on the roast
4.After 20 mins @500 degrees turn the temp down to 325 degrees & bake 15 mins per pound weight of the roast.
we are using 7LBS roast so we will cook for 2 hours @ 325 degrees
5.Target cooked temperature is 120 degrees, which is
MEDIUM RARE .
6.After taking it out of the oven let it rest for 30 mins covered before serving ENJOY !!!!
