PrimeWeld did it again! I want it. By the way, thanks for the help with the spool gun settings. It is working awesomely good now. 😎.

I’d recommend you add a lifting loop similar to the Fronius wireless pedal. Makes moving the pedal around the floor easier. No kicking or dragging it around.

Great video! Do you know if it would work on other machines? I've got an Esab Caddy Tig and the plug looks about the same.

Now they just need to come up with a wireless torch! (The funny thing about that is, it's very possible, however not probable 😢)

Very nice! Have you ever tried the variable amperage Tig button sold by 6061?

I have not. I want to try one though

Around $300 for one of these vs $1000 for a miller one that's a steal.

Agreed.

💩 that's cheaper than a wired pedal from some of the big name manufacturers! 😂

The plug on the back of the machine puts out 240 and 110. Depending on what you're welder is running off of. I had to make my own pigtail that only puts out 110 when plugged in the back. No matter what your machine is plugged into. Be careful if you plug something in the back and it pops because it got 240 instead of 110.

The power supply that the pedal comes with is dual voltage. It can have 110 or 220 input and still converts it down to 12 volt DC.

Well crap. I got all excited about the adapter because I use a variable amperage button on my torch that requires 110V. I just checked and it doesn't have the water cooler outlet. I guess the Primeweld 225 doesn't have one or the older ones don't. Great idea though. Thanks

No, unfortunately the first gen 225s do not have the cooler plug in the back the second gens do. Sorry I didn't clarify that in the video.

Get a 220v to 110v adapter. Just make sure it's a pass thru that piggybacks off your plug. Problem solved! (If you are not electrically restarted you could easily add an outlet in the machine by tapping into 1 phase of the input... THAT is what the adapter does)

@@amcustomfab no problem. Thanks for putting out the info on the adapter. I'm sure it will help a lot of people
