It seems a Paid promotion. Misguiding facts. Only rent is paid if we are live in a rented accomodation, no other botheration. If we buy a house than interest on Mortgage is paid to the bank. Moreover property Tax and maintenance you have to paid extra. What we are gaining in owing a house except Mortgage payments, property tax, maintenance, utilities bills etc. Etc.
