They had to repaint Animated Optimus Prime into someone. And I would expect regular Studio Series 86 and Legacy toys to be repainted as Animated Stunticons if they did make them. Breakdown from SS86 Hot Rod with new head Dead End from SS86 Jazz with new head Drag Strip from SS86 Arcee Wildrider from Legacy Lockdown

I would like to think that Hasbro’s mindsets well more like the designer’s knew that exclusivity essentially killed the chance for people to own the original Motormaster toy for Animated so they remedied that by making him a general repaint of Optimus.

Can’t wait to see the DNA Upgrade kit for this Motormaster! Quite similar to Animated Prime’s kit, but Motormaster’s has two missile pods and his iconic broadsword in place of the ladder cannon

I would both love and be cautious of that, you got to factor in loads of considerations. Like unfortunately Derrick J. Wyatt passed away nearly three years ago so it wouldn’t feel right for someone else to do the art style for the fourth season. Also Animated is still getting loads of love outside of being a show, there is still a strong fan base supporting it.

Motormaster looks Awesome. To this day,I still wish that Transformers Animated would get the X-Men '97 Treatment via Season 4 and I think that Studio Trigger should do the Animation cause some Animated characters including Sari Sumdac recently made their Debut in the Transformers 40th Anniversary Music video and Derrick J Wyatt's Artstyle works really well in that style which I think it's the perfect way for Honoring his Legacy.

I really hope clear plastic inserts become a common feature in Age of the Primes. There's one leaked prototype image that appears to show one. Clear windows look so much better than opaque but Hasbro of all companies somehow can't afford to use a durable enough material or colour match their paints. While Hasbro didn't include a water cannon with this figure, there is a third party option available for both Motormaster and Optimus Prime. Although I'd probably just grab the DNA kit and some gap fillers.

While I do like the DNA upgrade for this guy, Motormaster as a firetruck really just feels weird. On a side note, I really hope they put the brakes on the Animated Autobots for a little bit, and switch gears over to the Decepticons.

Yeah, Animated Motormaster never appear in canon (Transformers Animated show), but i believe Motormaster appear in some Transformers Animated comic book. Still fantastic figure despite repaint/remold from Animated Optimus Prime. Amazing video, PrimevsPrime, transform and ROLL OUT 🤗!

Considering that he's already a somewhat Black repaint of Tfa Optimus Prime. All you have to do is get another Optimus and paint it black instead of Blue and switch the head and then you'll have a Tfa Nemesis Prime
