@@PSPodcastTroy I’ve never used mung bean for eggs but smashing and crumbling tofu with the aforementioned ingredients and some turmeric for color gets the job done in my field.

@@kntribett I'm a soy minimalist. I'm not completely soy free, but I don't like the soy in the current agriculture setting. The mung bean stuff is easy and cheap. Eating on Peanuts has a great vegan YT and website
