Makes sense. When I saw him sitting with a crooked tie, all I could think was, his people on the sidelines of the interview wouldn't have let the cameras roll without fixing that. He was all by his lonesome while everyone was awaiting the embarrassment.

The way I see it is that if Prince Andrew *genuinely* doesn't remember hurting this particular woman, it's because there are just too many girls that he abused and they've all blurred together in his mind.

Apparently there were 50 luxury hotels within a mile of Epstein's New York House, but I very much doubt you would get the run of a place as large and well-appointed as Epstein's in any of them unless you had the budget of a US President and rented out three whole floors. Believe it or not, even Prince Andrew doesn't have an unlimited budget of that magnitude, and he has probably gotten sick of hotels over the years given his many engagements around the world.

With all the servants waiting on him 24/7 from birth on ... the fawning governesses, the semi-public life, the adoring British fans, the wealth, the luxury constantly available, the fact that he was the Queen's favorite child, etc., etc.. And you think he was spoiled - you are absolutely right!! With his background, it's no wonder he believed the world was his oyster! Maybe this scandal will wake him up, although I couldn't care less if it does or doesn't happen!! It really looks like the Queen's own children will cause her subjects to try to abolish the "royals" after her death, and maybe it should!! It is an ancient relic popular for centuries, but the people needed it during that time. I fail to see why they would want it to continue on and on in this new era!

Ooooh YEAH!!! At least mummy finally kicked him out of the Palace - Buckingham Palace!! Hey, but what about all her other Palaces (Sandringham, etc.?) A mummy bonds with her babies, so she's going to love him no matter what he does. The Queen is in her 90's now. I would hate for her to pass away soon, while this is an issue. But, maybe it's partly her fault, going back to HOW she raised him to be - lazy, spoiled, content to live his life by the dictates of his dick! He's not going to change - "leopards don't change their spots," plus he doesn't seem very gifted in the intelligence department, plus ... Does he really matter? Basically, he's a nobody, he was just born into a "royal" family.

@Beverley Lumb the Queen took a vow when crowned that her duty was to the people even before her own family. So i think it says more about her. Why would she rescue him ? @Beverley Lumb - just a word of caution regarding your assumptions and judgements of the Queen: firstly, it might be best not to take as 100% gospel what you see on The Crown (I love it and think they have probably done their research well but it is still a narrative that is being woven). Secondly, she didn't have a choice - she was very young and had little chance to go against the traditions of her family; it was considered that her job as a monarch was more important than nursing a baby; this was also 'normal' for the upper classes at this time. Lastly, you seem to be doing the old 'damned if you do; damned if you don't' concerning her reaction to Andrew's behaviour (as well as assuming that she has always known about any unlawful behaviour he may have engaged in in the past). If she stands by him that's a bad thing; if she rejects him she's cold!!

Also, an unusual medical condition would be easy to corroborate with a statement from his doctor at the time if he did have the condition. Unlike the other odd statements which are totally unfalsifiable and therefore useless as evidence in his favour, rather at the most they are evidence of his (possible) deception. All of this points to pathological lying and the belief that he should be allowed to get away with whatever he wants because he's 'special'.

A balanced assessment by Dr Grande. Avoiding explicit accusation but putting forward the pros and cons of Andrew's behavior at the interview. A lot of commentators have said that they can not understand why he, Andrew, did this interview. I think that is because they don't, fully understand how the justice system works in the Uk if extradition is sort by the US for Andrew his lawyer would, quite rightly, in my opinion, argue to an extradition hearing that he, the Prince could never get a fair trial in America because he had been found guilty in the court of public opinion. Purdah is commonplace in the UK for high profile cases to protect a potential jury trial from prejudice,
