No kidding. During the War, the Luftwaffe got a few lucky hits on Mincing Lane in London during the Blitz. Back then it was the hub of the British Tea Industry and while thankfully the tea survived, the record keeping and paperwork for the national tea inventory all went up in smoke so we didn't know how much tea we had and where it all was. Realizing the terrible effect this would have on national morale for the war effort, the British Government promptly bought the entire global crop of tea in 1942 in order to keep us in the war. True story. The only thing the British Armed Forces consumed by ton more than tea during the War was artillery shells. That's how crazy for tea we are.
