Hi@Damon christopher, are you Canadian? New Canadian or planning to immigrate to Canada? I too, left my comfortable life with house maids in a very Californian weather just to move here, enjoy 8 months of winter but never worry about security, intolerances and others things. I welcome Harry's choises, even if are not their grand mother's wishes. He has a new family, a new life and their own responsibilities ..... You know, here I pay a lot ot taxes so I will never know, if we're paying their security, but if they chose this country like I did, good. The queen didnt want to meet Kate for years because William was just banging and dumping her for years so the RF never thought William took her seriously so neither did they. Yes I have been tracking the British media and seeing that no matter what Meghan did she was viciously attacked and criticized. There was literally nothing she could do that was acceptable to them. I think people don't get the understanding that Harry and Meghan wants media coverage to only shine light on their charities and community groups activities, but they DON'T want media scrutiny over their 'personal' lives. That's the difference. Spot lights on their work and careers; but not on their intimate lives. A journalist from Hollywood on 'Lorene show' said that when Meghan was famous in suits, she was always private about her personal life even though surrounded by celebrity life style. She shines light on her career and charities but keep personal life away from the media. Have anyone heared anything dramatic about Meghan in Hollywood, even by her terrible family until she came into the royal family? Pls find some and share with us if there's anything to share. She has all these powerful celebrity friends in Hollywood but they said she was always private about her person life. Her neighbours in Canada said she was always quiet and no fuss when she lived next door. So it's the UK media scrutiny of their personal lives that is making them step down. There's a big difference between wanting media attention on your 'work and career' from attention on your personal life. That's what they want. Just like Beyonce. Camera on their work and endeavours, but not on their private life. Is that too much to ask?

I don't think he's ever gonna regret it, because first of all, he still has his title. Second of all, he just declined his seniority, he still has HRH, even Meghan. She's also still the Duchess of Sussex. I believe, they just can't use their titles for personal matters. Also, they have all the freedom now, although, they're still working on the charities and projects that mattered to them - mostly Diana's projects. I think everything changed when Archie was born. He was the icing on the cake. Harry knows he's never gonna be king, so might as well make the most of that opportunity to spend more time with his growing family. Kids change a person. Also, he clearly loves his wife. He's a good man and a handsome one, too! Thank God for Diana's genes! LOL! He's also got Diana's personality. That's why he's everyone's favorite prince. I'm sure there's more to what he could share, but there's also a lot of truth as to how the tabloids and the media as a whole has been treating Meghan. They're so brutal. I remember her, being interviewed and her Brit friends warned her about the Brit tabloids. They'll do anything just to get a photo to sell!

This hatred is mixed with a morbidly paranoid fear that what happened to his mum will also happen to Meghan, and now Archie. I think this trauma at such a young age has left his mental health a bit unstable and he suffers from PTSD.
