Ps. Yes; selflove is kind of the "Holy grail" in life. But I got to be super ancient old before I begun to research what loving yourself really means. Listening to the advice of it on end growing up with New age waves of the 70-80 ties . Love yourself advice all over the place - work shops, t-shirts books and isms to join in abundance. Yet , realizing I didn't really know what it meant. So thought a lot about it, starting with observing own thoughts- the way I'd speak to myself . Which in itself was quite startling. How I'd kick myself for not getting the dishes done in a way I'd never criticize anyone else. Long journey short: My conclusion on what loving yourself really means, is to treat yourself with the same patience, understanding and care as you would a child. Learn to be your own loving parent ~ so to speak. We will always have a natural need to feel loved & accepted by others , but we need to love ourselves in a healthy way first of all, so we don't need others to love us, because we can't do it ourselves. That's just my own discoveries so far ~ You being just a toddler superkid 😁💫 ~ you are way ahead, working your stuff learning itself as you go ? - Doing so ~ so impressingly well. 🙃💡💫 The bit about saying "Thanks for your patience " instead of apologizing for being late , is a hugely clever & inspiring suggestion for adjusting your mindset to help each other focus even more constructively among ourselves. Hereby underlining appeal to please keep talking and continue the work you do . 💛🌱🌼🐛

Yes, positive mindset. Whenever I feel like getting sick, I tell myself repeatedly, I am well, I am healthy, I am happy and so on and it really works, after a while I would really feel good. I think the science behind is that the brain is the command center of our body, so the body follows what the brain tells it to do. The mind is really powerful. Thank you Prince. Hey Prince. Mindfulness... so important. I'm so glad you're spreading the word. A lot of people function on reflex or habit (Old habits die hard) It's so important to your generation to not get lost in mindless freeing fun all the time. The internet can absorb a impressionable mind. You're serving a great purpose and you know it and I second it. I learned from listening to others that when you tell a person to love themselves the next question may be, how? A person may only love themselves from other's perspectives projected into their subconcious or how they were taught to love as a child. What we project on to other's is so important. That's why as above so below, so within and so without, or any arrangement of the words. Some doctor's say that a child's personality is formed by the age of 5 years. Your father was right about saving the children, I do love that about him. Real quick I'd like to say, if you see me online lusting for him it's only wishful thinking and admiration and it's just a womanly desire that drives it. Probably as your girlfriend thought you were so cute and smart. I had to address it once. I believe you when you say your dad died. Moving on... reflections are not just mirrors or a glimpse in the water. I'm so glad your mirror shows a smile.

This was a great motivational speech lesson. I really needed this. I still got this year ahead of me and I needed this to help me make some changes and improvements in my life and in how I feel about myself. This also reminds me of that saying from Winnie The Pooh. What Christopher Robin told Pooh once. "You are braver than you believe. Stronger than you seem. And smarter than you think". That is also words of positivity that can help bring confidence. Speaking of being positive, in 2010 I woke up not breathing very well so I went to the hospital and my mom was talking to the doctor and she asked how long I had to live and I said mom I am not going to die and she said you do not know that and I said I do know that and here I am now in 2021 almost 51 still alive, still on oxygen but still alive
