I've also played for 8 years, while my father has played for over 40, and played with bands such as LA Guns, Stryper, Mötley Crue and even played with Nuno Bettencourt. @@darrelmillirons7751 It may sound corny to some but I am color blind and never looked at him as part of some race. The question of what his race was, never even a thought for me. I have been praising his work since I was 9yrs old in 1983. The 1st Prince song I ever heard was Little Red Corvette on my record player I got for Xmas. I was thankful to my mom and dad for getting me one but there was a small issues...they didn't get me any records to play. I so badly wanted to use it so on Xmas night I snuck into my older sister's room and "borrowed" one of hers. I didn't see what I grabbed because it was dark, and I didn't care, I just wanted to play something. That something was the released single little red corvette. And the rest is history. I will 4ever love Prince. Liv4luv 0-(+>

Had no idea Prince was such a dope guitar player.he passed while I was in prison and I didn't give it a second thought at the time. I've been broadening my listening interests from rap these last couple months and I really regret not respecting his genius. His music was honestly deep. RIP to a musical gem. He deserved more tribute

I miss this genuine musician 😢. The world has lost one of his best and most passionate and probably underrated musician, all because he’s sexy and passionate on top of all the other qualities. Piano/Guitar/Singing/Dancing and foremost creating songs and rendering them was at perfection. Prince, we lost our creator and I feel a bit like an orphan. Love and peace to you wherever you are. I have watched pretty much all of the videos on youtube of Prince playing this solo and there isn't one that he isn't 100% committed to, and absolutely emotionally invested in.
