@@erniewyles8832 Yes, we all did. We hung out with him for a couple weekends. Some of it was filmed in LA, like the parts with Vanessa Marcil and Nona Gaye. Prince's part and almost everything else was filmed at Paisley Park. I got along with him very well. He gave me his cane. I believe it's the same cane that he used when he wore the chain mail hat for "My Name is Prince".

Being from the amazing city and home of Prince, I cannot let a year go by without commenting. This man was and will always be the Man. The Goat. The Prince. I'm so grateful to have seen him live. We went to the tribute concert after he passed. I'm disabled and handicapped but got myself totally decked out like I was a young woman going to see the greatest artist ever. As my husband held me dancing in the back of the main floor, I saw two HUGE men dressed up in colorful suits and big hats. They separated and from behind them came a tiny woman. It was his sister Tyka. She grabbed my hand and held it, comforting me as I cried with absolute gratefulness. Out of the 1000s of people there, she picked me. I felt like he was speaking to me. Stay strong young lady. It was a night ill never forget. And I'm forever moved by the music he's left and blessed us with!!

I lost my mom 9/18/22. My middle sister would play this song on the way to her doctor's appointment. She loved loved loved her some Prince. We played this song on the way to lay her to rest. This song is Prince's love letter to women. The lyrics are beautiful, the video shines the spotlight on women, young and old. The scene where the lady is giving birth is Prince telling us how important and strong women are. This came out in 1994 at a time when misogynistic lyrics were becoming normal in music, especially rap songs. No artist would make a song like it now. What a heart Prince had. EDIT: Prince's love songs were on another level. Aside from this, Diamonds and Pearls, It I Was Your Girlfriend, Adore, Screams of Passion, I Would Die 4 U are all lyrically unreal!

Here he’s transitioning from as high as his vocal range goes in his regular voice he easily drops down to a Baritone voice back up past the highest range in his regular voice and smoothly transitions to that beautiful falsetto then to top off he hits that highest note you hear which is the Octave of the melody which is 3 notes higher!!
