Thanks for the recipe. I will suggest a tested recipe by my niece. 1 cup soaked rice 1cup cooked rice 1cup grated coconut after grinding all these together add 0:04 1 t spoon yeast a and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour. You can challenge any one to find whether it is instant appam or traditional appam
