HP I love your technical care reps on the phone, they always call me back ALWAYS, while fixing my HP Notebook. And now this, I was going to throw the entire printer away. In 2minutes, this video has fixed my printer. Turned it upside down, removed the little trap door and there it was,wedged a rock.Don't ask me, I live in the desert, rocks get everywhere. Thank You.

+Fredrckcooper Cooper If the paper is skewing to one side when it is pulled into the printer, that would mean there is some sort of debris in the printer that is interfering with the paper path.
