Your honest opinion my brother what u think is better heat vinyl transfer or plastisol heat transfer ?
@Houseofbeasts4 жыл бұрын
trizzgreenery good question.. i don't necessarily think one is better than the other overall, both if applied correctly will last. i look at which will provide the best results based on whats needed at that time. if its a complete 1 off, a small order, design with little detail, need in a hurry, vinyl is best. if its detailed design, customer will reorder in small quantities at a time repeatedly, smaller prints like garment labels, plastisol transfers are best. i have had great results using both. they both have they pros/cons, too me its more of which is more profitable and makes more sense at that time. really good question

How could you do multi color Plastisol heat transfer?
@Houseofbeasts5 жыл бұрын
you first frun your transfer paper thru the flash/conveyor to avoid shrinkage later. print everything in reverse, your underbase would be last. print/flash/print..etc... after the under-base is printed, then run thru the adhesion powder wet so powder adheres to it. run thru conveyor.

Bro why not putnit directly to the shirt? What the difference.

ardan tank there a some people that cant screen-print because of financial reasons, space reasons but they do own a heat press. this is a way for them to get into the business and a way for screen-printers to expand their business. We did a bunch of transfers before and set up at a event. instead of printing tshirts and hope they sale, the customer was able to pick the shirt color and print and we pressed on the spot. Big money maker.

Hey Super cool Video. Been designing graphics for about 4 yrs already, and i have a couple of designs i want printed on Tees and shipped to a Florida address. Can anyone direct me? I dont want to do bulk yet, just a couple of projects. Thanks
@Houseofbeasts5 жыл бұрын
Colour Swatchez depending on how many colors in the graphics, most printers require minimums. Dtg may be the way to go until you need bigger quantities.

@@Houseofbeasts Thanks for replying. Actually I'm not really looking to start my business yet, I am just looking for a T-shirt Printing company that can print can a couple of designs on tees for me, and ship them to an address in Florida. Most company have a bulk minimum that they print, and I don't want bulk. I already have the design in transparent format, I just need it printed on plain tees. Thanks
