I have read most of these comments pertaining to a discussion from the lovely and beautiful Priscilla Presley and the other woman and wondered If I was on youtube or The National Enquirer with all these ugly comments. Also, Elvis didn't divorce Priscilla, they had an amicable divorce. Meaning mutual decision cause Elvis was gone away so much.. Elvis did what many a man could probably never do. I don't fully agree with you. How did she "help to take him down"? By divorcing him. I'm an Elvis fan also, but Elvis wasn't perfect either. That was no reason for him to get himself so bad off in the end. Elvis was a very stubborn person. Nobody could make him stop what he had done. He had to be the one to stop. But he wouldn't. As sad as it was. He ended up on a roller coaster ride he couldn't get off of. We all have to stop and take a look at our lives and where they are going.

Elvis could not leave go of the meds he really needed them to function and his pain will have been extreme i can understand every time anyone told him to stop why he was so insistent he needed them i think it didn't matter to his health whether she left or not he was too sick to survive he was never going to, he was destined to die young , read the book by sally hoedel really opened my eyes
