I mean, I know I don't know her personally, still..I just don't see this woman pistol whipping anyone. The glove in the crime scene photo looks nothing like the sleeker gloves in the comparison photo. And if the husband thought she did it, why did he wait a year under speculation before doing anything about it? It also sounds like he moved on pretty quickly with the new girlfriend. He totally framed her. That was probably why he broke it off with her in the first place. He planned it out after the fact because all of the heat was on him. Otherwise they probably would have stayed together. And he likely paid off or had the help of the private investigator that “gave” her the gun. Why would he randomly give her a gun for no reason, or at the very least not sell it to her? The lady is innocent. This is the stupidest circumstantial case that convicted that I have watched in a long time. Lastly, how the hell does this guy get so many women in the first place?
@WilliamSantos-hc5wp4 жыл бұрын
He probably realized that she was the type of woman who would stalk him and planned beforehand to frame her too. Plus why he was so defensive at the court? If you are innocent you would be hurt and frustrated that they don't believe u but you aren't supposed to react pissed, it would be more like frustration. Same thing with the private investigator. @Walter White She is paroled. She's been paroled WITHOUT admitting murder, ONLY guilt for the affair, and empathy for victim's family. The ONLY reason she was denied parole during her first bid in 2017 is because of her incarceration record. She was raped repeatedly, and a figure head was fired. The fired rapist seemed to be "well liked" by others. She wound up in protective custody and "successfully sued" the prison for (a mere and insulting) $10,000. IN OTHER WORDS: "She was denied parole in the first place for causing the system trouble." After the publicity, attention, and figure heads having to answer A LOT of questions they can NO LONGER dodge, they granted her parole. Once again, "IN OTHER WORDS: They KNOW she's INNOCENT, they KNOW they've f@#$ed up (fubar), and IF she gets the glove tested to PROVE her INNOCENCE, they will be in a BIGGER mess; making it easier for her to expose the shoddy work." A small, petite 23 year old would never be able to pistol whip a larger woman enough to knock her down. That instantly told me she was innocent and took the fall simply because she was sensationalized as “the other woman”. These people had an open marriage but you’d hardly hear that from the media

I’ve watched a few documentaries and movies about this case and I’m not sure what the truth is. She had a history of stalking when past relationships have ended and men leaving the town to escape from her so that’s a red flag. There was evidence that she contacted the gun shop and purchased a gun using fake ID but the police made lots of mistakes including not testing the glove to see who’s blood was on it. I think society is biased towards women who look like this woman and Betty Broderick. They assume that they’re incapable of violence or narcissistic behaviour and that’s why some women commit murders and get away with it. If you watch ‘Snapped’ and ‘deadly women” it’s clear that there is no stereotype of what a female killer of any age, race etc. is capable of. At least she free to continue with her life unlike some other convicted women who may or may not be guilty.

SHE ISN'T INNOCENT. Try to find out more about her life. Paul Solomon is a bastard because he cheated on his wife many times, but he had no clear reason to kill his wife because he had been cheating on her for years and did not want to replace his wife. Carolyn Warmus was obsessed with Paul Solomon, just as she was obsessed with other married men in the past. She hired a private detective several times to follow several men. And after these men broke up with her, she started calling them many times every day. I'm sure the police didn't do their job, but at least they put the guilty person in jail
@wifemotherconservative34322 жыл бұрын
Carolyn's awful reputation of stalking and harassing men caught up with her (karma) making her look guilty from the start giving the prosecution major ammunition with motive. Carolyn was definitely a dangerous woman but it doesn't mean she'd go as far as murder. The judge didn't allow DNA testing on the glove but still allowed it to be used as evidence? What?!
@aurei7775 Жыл бұрын
Investigators messed up with losing it. After the glove was lost and then resurfaced, contaminates the evidence, that should've disqualified the glove.

@lookingforsanjunipero45424 жыл бұрын
Look, I have no idea who killed that poor woman, but when the police botch a case to the point where there is known crucial evidence that could have proven guilt or innocence, then there is reasonable doubt and you have to let that suspect go until you have legitimate hard evidence. It isn’t fair, but it is wrong to take someone’s life away on a hunch. There is also NO reason to save the glove if not to TEST it when we finally have the proper technology to do so. I know my opinion may not align with the laws or legal procedure, but it is just my opinion about a case. This is why smart prosecutors bide their time waiting to prosecute a case until they are confident they can secure a conviction with solid evidence.
