I’m a retired officer and I find your stories very interesting. It gives a different perspective of the real dudes out there. Your channel is very genuine and I wish you blow up. This helps people in general get a better understanding of the life. Hopefully, it deters those kids who think the life is all glamorous and cool. Working out is a great way to show strength without having to be violent. We used to do a thousand push-ups in an hour. Then we would do 500 sit-ups and 500 dips a day. We would get so addicted to working out that on the one day a week we didn't work out to recover, I would actually feel weird. I got into several fights in my two year bid but I was able to avoid a lot of shit just because people had respect for our discipline and knew not to fuck with us. Arm wrestling is another way to show strength without having to fuck someone up. These are just good ways to better yourself while incarcerated. I also got into reading anything I could get my hands on. It's a fantastic mental escape. You have to be there so you may as well better yourself mentally and physically. The dumbfuckes would do drugs unless it's weed stay the hell away from it. It only makes you weak and appear vulnerable. Good luck to anyone who is about to get started with there bid.

Your stories are bangin mate, I've done time here in the UK and even thow it was a different jail n country, basically a similar sort of thing happens over here. I got padded up with a Bandido on a 4 stretch, at first things were awkward but soon we're mates and after a while we got over to the open side of the jail then he got his D-cat (moved to a holiday camp) . I got out a few weeks later on n haven't looked back, it was an experience im glad I had. Keep up the good work 💪
