Creata A very cavalier treatment based on who she was, and not on what had happened to her. No duty of care, even after an accident that killed on person and seriously injured another. Nowadays, if she had sustained that head injury as a result of being in that sort of accident, she could sue the State, and those officers for neglect.

Love Jane Clifton in her role as Margo - never lets us down in any of her performances. She played the savage top dog so well in these episodes. Her and Chrissie were the classic recidivists that were always a joy to see back inside. Especially in the early 300s...sustained brilliance.

Steve Perrin There's some confusion about Mary Ward's birth date. Some have it as 1914, others, 1917 I believe, Seeing as she dropped out of the limelight over ten years ago, there's scant information available. Someone on a Prisoner forum said they'd been in touch with her family who confirmed the 100th birthday, but provided no evidence. Either way, she is still alive, and that's wonderful!

Do these wombats not realize that the driver of the van was killed, the passenger was in a temporary coma, which stands to reason that Bea very likely (and easily) could have gotten a severe concussion that caused amnesia?? And why no medical doctor to examine her?? Good grief. I think Vera looks stunning on her date with Terry.

Nah, the length of the storyline was perfect. Some of the scenes were already being over acted a bit. If it was drawn out further like their usually tales it would've been a disaster. But, overall, I enjoyed the storyline (especially epi 202) when compared to the usually recycle storylines that they do.

The really tragic character in this show is (and has always been) Vera Bennett. Her mother tormented her, and her dedication to her job ruined her chances for any loving relationship. It amuses me when people refer to Mum missing her diabetic pill and collapsing as the biggest medical inaccuracy of Prisoner, surely Bea's second knock on the head curing her amnesia or my own personnel favorite being the Nurse in ep 4 removing the scissors from Bill Jackson before the ambulance arrives or even Lorrie's full recovery from catatonic depression after hearing he tape from her friends, are bigger stretches of the imagination. Still I guess that's the beauty of Prisoner.

Oktober Stone I think with soaps if an actor doesn't want to come back the writers just mention them again and everyone act like they never existed. But they do this all the time in cell block h. Megs husband being stabbed by Christie, Fletch's family being blown up, they always drop old storey lines. Its the same when they recycle the actors in multiple rolls. They prob hope nobody notices.

Meg should have known better than to think she would get anywhere with Rouse. It is way beyond the comprehension of someone with his level of ignorance to understand something as complex as Bea's condition, and the scenario Mum was dealing with, and how she had to look out for Bea's best interests. Margo again proved what a coward she is. Despite Bea's obvious impaired mental state, which could in turn weaken her reaction speeds, reflexes etc, she dare only take her on with her heavies by her side. Bea said she would kill Margo twice there at the end, she really is back!!

11:32 That's one for the books - Bea could go free and Mum could be stuck in prison for harboring a fugitive. Hmmm. 16:40 "We can't get away from 'em, can we?" NO, Dumbass Harrison- you are at WORK and you WORK in a women's prison - hence you shouldn't even try to get away from 'em. 21:50 Fletch always has a soft spot for the elderly. 44:30 Val Lehman is an incredible actress SURPRISE! Mary Ward "MUM" was boarn March 6, 1915 and is still alive as of this writing. She is 104 years. Fremantle, Western Australia must have some really strong people.'

Meg should know better working with crims, at 30:27 she storms out of her office and doesn't even lock the door behind her. Bizarrely she's also got a carton of milk on her shelf, that no way to treat milk. hope she gets robbed.

Yes. Where Mum was in bed was the examination room, the hospital beds were in the room behind the doctors desk

Here is how the date should have been. A romantic dinner, she has filet mignon with a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and a salad with house ranch dressing. He gets salmon almodine, baked potato with butter, sour cream and salad with thousand island dressing. Dessert is Chocolate Mousse and coffee, she drinks hers with cream and sugar, he drinks his black. He asks her " Do you like classical music?" She answers "Yes." They go to hear the Philharmonic Orchestra of Melbourne. After the concert, he drives her home. She invites him in, they kiss. She asks him to "Please Terry, stay for the night." They undress, she, in her bedroom, he, in the bathroom. He comes out and she has already pulled back the bedspread and sheets. Trechoskys Romeo and Juliet music plays as they make mad and passionate love. After falling asleep, the alarm wakes them up at five AM.Terry gets up, goes to the bathroom, showers and dresses and then Vera showers and dresses. After a breakfast of bacon, eggs over easy, and toast with real butter and grape jam and tea and orange juice. Then Vera gets a new toothbrush out of her bathroom cabinet because she buys three at a time. Terry cleans his teeth and uses mouthwash, Vera does the same thing. They kiss again and Terry says "Vera, we ought to get to work, after all; we have to be there at the same time. Vera hasn't been this happy since George Lucas.

Are you American? Not sure what "sour cream" is but it sounds yuk. And I think Terry's more an AC/DC man than all that classical music rubbish.

This episode had me stopping the video and rewinding all the time. When Vinegar and the new screw were talking and Lizzie was "macko-ing" ( in Trinidad and Tobago lingo) "listening outside" and was caught twice BUT still stayed to hear more. I rewinded it over and over and laughed louder and louder. Yayyyyyy!!!!! I'm glad Bea is back. Margo is a bitch. Bea will deal with her ass. Margo was too much of a bully.

Val Lehman's acting is brilliant with the amnesia storyline. I would have thought that Fletch would have sussed it when Bea didn't know where the hospital was, she wouldn t knowingly put mum in danger I can believe Vera wouldn't change but I can't believe the prison officers and everyone else are acting like morons.

I wonder how hard it was for Fiona Spence (Vera) a lesbian, to kiss and be intimate with men for her roles. Strong woman--I sure couldn't do it.

all in a days work as an good actress I suspect. :) I think a lot of it has to do with a comfort level too...once she gets to know a fellow actor it is probably just another day at the office to kiss them. lol. I adore Fiona....I think she is so gorgeous!

I love and admire Fiona too. I love and appreciate those episodes that she introduced. Vera is my favorite though Doreen is my favorite on the Wentworth series--then Ferguson (Pamela Rabe)

+Katelyn I'm on 202 right now. She leaves in like 20 episodes. Dreading the moment. But, I've heard that Ferguson is pretty good. to your original question as an actress I'm sure it wasn't a problem for her. Plus, from what I've read she's dated men in the past. So their anatomy wasn't a mystery. LOL!
