The cool thing about grog's scene at 5:00 is that Travis Wilingham's (grog) son played one of the kids, while his wife (who also plays Vex) voiced the other. So that scene was just them as a family.

Laura's vocal range is actually insane. The whole cast is incredible, but in her one shot she DMed that was a rip on Hogwarts and she voiced a pixie, I had no idea human vocal cords could produce a voice so small.

Canonically grog is hella dumb. His intelligence score was 6. When keylith once turned him in to an eagle he got smarter. There’s a really sweet scene in the live stream of pike teaching him how to read a bit but even as an old man numbers are still tricky for him.

In DnD, there’s a spell called Mending, it’s a cantrip (can be cast at will pretty much by someone that knows it), it can repair damaged fabric and stuff. Sort of cheesy, but it is a way to explain the bullet hole in Vex’s top being gone.

Ripley was kinda telling the truth that Percy understands people more than she does. LOL. She likely can't understand WHY someone like she thinks Percy is every saying 'no' to darkness and vengeance for long. And Keyleth being shown as a sole survivor has been sort of hinted at and explained by the show before in bits and pieces of conversation, it has to do with her Aramente and what will happen when she becomes a leader of the Ashari. Druids live a LONG ass time at high level.

considering critical roll origins to pathfinder rpg i wonder if the idea of gun manufacturing limitation is from alkenstar. random lore if anyone cares. pathfinder trpg (closest competitor to dnd brand) got a place called Alkenstar, imagine steampunk wild west san francisco. a nation advanced in steam inventions and creation of firearms with an alliance with the dwarves at dungun hold. the deal is this: dwarves will provide special gunpowder they make as long 1. its tested in the gunworks, a district in alkenstar on testing out new firearms. 2. only the guard and militia can carry them or special license holders. 3. if word of firearm manufacturing is made elsewhere its alkenstar government responsibility to keep it contain, if not then deal is cut off and indefinite trade deals with each other. only the dwarves at the hold know the formula for the gunpowder used in semi/full automatic firearms that alkenstar inventors create. traditional guns like muskets and such exist to sell but very primitive and rules wise longer to reload. if read this far and go "why isnt knowledge of this is leaked out?" literally if a whiff is out that someone that isnt from dungun or alkenstar knows how to create those they literally sent special agents (forgot specific name, but they are the pinkertons of pathfinder) to capture, beat the hell out of person on what they know and any stockpire, retrieve it and kill that person and anyone else involved including workers and some extent their family that had barely clue what they got themselves into. the agents is also made up of conscripted mages since magic is illegal in alkenstar. if caught using magic your forced to serve or be executed. the gunslinger class does mention using firearms should only be used by you and not held anyone else. do to lack of knowledge to use the gun or worst info leaks out and you get hunted down. so if outside of alkenstar story sense you keep your profession on downlow and say you a "ranger" with "special" crossbow. alkenstar is governed by a council with the head being the duke/duchess elected by the ppl. council is made up of one side traders/union members and other is inventors and alchemists that set in laws on whats sold/made, trade deals and who gets it. current duchess is more strict on deadly weapons made and encourage more helpful inventions which became a problem when someone made a chemical called pyronite. how bad is it? in dnd or any rpg terms its a fireball spell but in a form of a small pen that anyone can use without knowing magic. imagine someone storing crates of those, place it somewhere and set a fuse or worst a boat load of it and send it to some city harbor to ignite.

Yeah, Ripley is a psychopath and a genius. Percy is one of the few people who can relate to her on at least a few levels, but she has trouble understanding that Percy actually cares about shit and isn't down for a team up no matter how much she appeals to his logic and reason. She even tried for the team up in season 1 right after he tried to shoot her in the head, lol. She looks at Percy and sees genius and potential, he looks at her and sees a monster.
