I'm was using openvpn on PIA and was around 200mb and with wireguard is around 800mb. So happy now :)

how do you get only 100Mb down on the speed test but 40MB on the torrent?

Its not the same metric. The 100mb is mégabits and the 40mb is megabytes. 1 byte Equal 8 bits. So, for the 40mb you do 40x8 so it equals 320mb.
