I always really liked Yotsuba because of her general personality, but I think this moment and the swings were what made her my favourite Quint. She's a happy-go-lucky girl who's always supportive of her sisters and Fuutarou, but her character also has a lot more depth than that. (no spoiler comment) this is a plea to the community/fanbase: I just want to say that, regardless of who wins, we shouldn't get mad. This show is about so much more than just highschool romance. It's about 5 wonderful girls who each have their own unique personality (and it's not just one single personality trait that gets spammed like some other series), its about these 5 sisters who are really bad at school, who are about to drop out and become outcasts. It's about girls whom each has a dream, a passion, but some of them are lost on what they wanna do in the futur. Some of them have no career path, some of them have big underlying issues like selfworth, selfconfidence, selflove. They didn't have the most present parents, some of them have IMMENSE guilt about their past, etc. It's about so much more than romance. It's about accepting who they are, making amends with their past regrets/mistakes, moving forward, etc. Just like futarou, i like their bond as sisters, and i wish them the best, and i just want for them to be happy and be able to fix their issues/heal their scars and achieve their dream/careerchoice. If that happens, I'll be happy with whoever wins. They all deserve it. I'm pretty sure futarou loves them all, as in if they weren't quintuplets but rather only one girl, whoever it would be futarou would marry her. They are all amazing girls. This ain't rent-a-girlfriend or domestic girlfriend where there's a clear bestgirl and a joke girl and a bad girl and a pity girl. If we're real fan of the quintuplets, what we should wish for is that whoever wins, their bond as sisters stay as strong as it is, and that they all stay close with futarou (i mean they are his sisters-in-law). I'm pretty sure that for futarou, these 5 girls are the most precious beings in his life long his sister Raiha.

@@tpnphoenix3367 Yeah I agree, Miku, Ichika and Nino are the only ones at this point that have clear romantic feelings for him. We haven't see Itsuki and Yotsuba display actual feelings yet, or at least, it's it's a lot more subtle. But on a friend level, Itsuki is probably the closest friend, then Ichika, then Miku/Nino, and lastly Yotsuba. Although with Yotsuba, their relationship isn't nearly as complicated so they're still pretty good friends.

The other ladies are flunking because they don’t want Yotsuba to feel bad. This doesn’t make sense because I assume that all the ladies are working earnestly to not make their stepfather too angry.
