Benard, what is the running cost of ECG. I believe The citizens of Ghana should be that private sector participation not a foreign. If all citizens become investors there will be no loses.

Let ECG be only in charge of the Distribution network, privatized all metering, billing and collection to several companies that compete to set rates for their customers... Like petrol and filling stations
