We do not eat them. Test of our resistance for sugar. We are proud to say doesnt tempt us or kids. Its for friends when we socialise and only if they ask for it. We eat sugar outside home as part of treat if we deserve a break😅

Yes, me and my family loves this. Try below recipe too. 1. Tempeh/soya chunks white veg kurma(i normally avoid masala and adds coconut ground with greenchilli and jeera). It's healthy and really tasty. Goes well with jeera rice, chapati , dosa. 2. Try palak, onion and tofu suffed paratha.

10:23 in that plate I would eat that tofu burji, cucumber, orange 🍊 and curd (1/2 cup) adhukku mela I can’t eat. Idha saapidumbothey moochu thenarum. No chappathi . I DO INTERMITTENT FASTING, AND I brisk walk(bpm falls between 129 the worst to 145. Sometimes when I feel light - very rarely then my bpm goes upto 155 or very very rare 160) I eat like this oru vella and if possible maybe smoothie without added sugar instead I use 1-2 figs and 1-2 dates along with frozen fruits, 1/2 banana, almonds, almond milk, flax seed etc. Ellaam senjum I COULD NOT LOOSE WEIGHT . Sometimes it increase to 2 lbs and recuse after almost starving week to 1 lb. Why? Age 52 . Female I’m generally a healthy eater from my childhood . All will take curry or kootu as a side dish and fruit as a dessert or snack BUT I TAKE VEGETABLES LIKE CURRY KOOTU AS MY MAIN DISH AND RICE IN TBSPS. During summer mangoes are my main food, nungu etc. I don’t get nungu in US but rest all the same. . STILL I COULD LOOSE WEIGHT. Well I do snack little sometimes not much…so they compensate for my low to no carb food . Please tell why?

Only handwash with scrub. No soap. Regular procedure of boiling milk but it needs to be little bit warmer than normal before u add culture. Wrap with cloth and place in dry humid place, it takes vetween 6-12 hrs based on country to ferment

Im non veg but i love tofu better than paneer I would have either egg bhurji or tofu burji Some of these vegan options from east asia, south india and Mediterranean are stomach friendly even for meat eaters ( i cannot eat dairy items much)
