The problem is that most don't know how rare these skill sets and knowledge is to most average people. I make primitive bows and realize that it's an esoteric passion. When I'm teaching someone, or just explaining how I make bows, I'm usually too excited to talk about it to be condescending, but that's just me. Lol

Plus he had “prepared" the fire board by using the set a few times, which helped draw out the moisture and speed the process along. Bowdrill fires in real life NEVER go that quickly. Plus, that was the fattest bowdrill kit I have ever seen by far. I think it was to have two people use it? Maybe he does that for the “classes" he teaches, but if he teaches people they can get an ember in 30 seconds, the dude is a fraud.
