The editing on this episode is particularly good. I love all the chefs unique editing styles but Mollie’s is probably my favorite, especially this episode. He's been a Director for some time now. If you read the articles, Carla talks of how Chris assigned her the Turkey recipe. He was mentioned as the Food Director in the Rose Cocoa article as well. His Instagram profile has been Test Kitchen Director. The hints have been there basically.

Carla(who used to be the Food Director) is not in the Test Kitchen full time anymore, she is now a contributing editor like Claire. So Chris, who was her deputy is now the Food Director.
