Down to earth, not overly fussy about ingredients or technique, just focused on helping you produce good food easily. Too many pro cooks are out there trying to teach people how to be pro cooks. It looks like you are using a 6L inner pot in an 8L instant pot. The inner pot is too small I think. I have 2 instant pots, and the inner doesn't go to that level. If you understand what I mean.
