It’s because of popularity. Most people love them so they put them in the front (and Jannette is short) 2018 Dianne got a lot more attention than she did in 2017 so she will probably have more “lead” roles in 2019. Also there are no lead roles in dancing unless it’s a ballet like Cinderella or The Nutcracker.
