One who literally just started with us and some who have been doing it for years. The cues and thoughts they mention as well as Aj can help you see what real swing training looks like to become a better hitter at the highest level of the game.

I’ve been hitting with a coach that played in the majors that teaches the same thing for about 3 months. What’s the Que to not get so tilty? Because I’ll pivot my hands good but then over tilt almost causing me to swing upward instead of on plane.

Does the connection ball have a place as a training tool in the HLP?

How many times per week do your athletes workout? Is 3 strength sessions and 2 or three 3 speed sessions enough?

Generally 4x in off season. 3x in-season but some guys micro dose and train 5x but that’s on an individual basis and usually during season to manage workload and recover (those are also guys who feel like they perform better when they do something every day in the weight room)

Teaching a hitter to get under a ball at this height with this approach is just sad. This will turn hitters into garbage 🗑 real fast.
