I find it impossible to be Democrat anymore. After 42 years I unenrolled. It doesn’t mean I suddenly hold full Republican views. But I find the current administration so repugnant, and they would rather run me over than get my vote.

Keep in mind Republicans support everything in the constitution - where all our rights come from. Democrats are against everything in it. Note: ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS are all owned by democrats. I recommend OAN or Jeff Kuhner to hear the real news that democrats block.

I relate so much to her view of this from a civil rights perspective. That is what motivated me the most when I was a 14-year-old girl learning more about abortion. My grandmother immigrated to the U.S. and her family experienced WW2. It is always so important to me to fight against dehumanization and genocide. I am blessed to have been brought up with the understanding that human life is valuable. None of us have a right to kill an innocent human life. When I learned that the baby's heart starts beating so early in the pregnancy and that life truly begins at conception, I couldn't be anything other than anti-abortion. If you have to stop a beating heart, you are killing something. These babies are the most innocent and precious lives among us. They do not deserve the death penalty. I honestly believe the only hope for humanity is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We need to be saved from our sins and have our hearts changed. We need the love of Christ in order to forsake selfishness and pride. God can change our hearts and give us the desire to choose what is right. If we love God above all and love others as we love ourselves, that would change everything. We need to value chastity, marriage, family, and virtue. If we treated sexuality seriously, there wouldn't be elective abortion. If we are willing to wait for commitment and covenant, it would solve many issues in society. Society is suffering because sin is destructive and leads to death. Jesus has the power to save us from our sins and give us strength to overcome temptations.

I was so inspired by her March for Life speech! Led me to Connecticut March for Life to hear her again. However, Pro- life for the whole life I don’t see in her Connecticut voting record! Opposed a charter school in Danbury that would help many diverse students achieve instead siding with teachers union and white liberals! Voted to put tampons in 3rd grade boys room! Voted to keep a board member of pardon and parole board that commuted barbaric Murderers prison sentences to 30 yrs regardless of victim’s signed agreements and victims perspective . I don’t understand her voting record! But I am very thankful for her courage on abortion issues! Thank you.

We voted to put tampons in women/girls only spaces. Which includes women prisons, bathrooms in schools and hopefully airports. Which was bi-partisan. Hasn’t been implemented yet. Your last point is false. The bill has evolved since it hit the floor and has changed. In fact, it changed in its entirety. The bills that hit the floor this previous session in regards to allowing criminals to be released from their records in regards to murder and sexual assault cases was killed on the floor by women on both sides.

Board member Giles should have been completely voted off the board of pardons and parole’s as a consequence for commuting of 70 barbaric Murderers sentences. Enough democrat’s supported him and he’s still on the board. Why do people of color and working class young people not deserve the opportunity to flourish in a charter school in Danbury? Danbury has thousands of students in one high school. The white liberal elite in Danbury can send their children to private schools while the working class get 1 option. You voted to keep minority groups oppressed in Danbury. The Connecticut democrats would not even allow Spanish speakers to have translators interpret their testimony who were present to speak. I just want to know why? Anyway I appreciate you commenting and I really appreciate your courage on abortion within Connecticut democrats because I know that is a very difficult position to take and you are fearlessly pro-life! Thank you.

This video was SO needed. So incredibly needed. You cannot be anti-racist and support abortion. You can't be concerned for the well-being of disabled folks and their social services and ignore the harm of the pro-abortion narrative. Like she said, it is unfathomable how people can call themselves Democrats for holding specific beliefs then ignore how other "stances" contradict those core beliefs. Paid maternity leave, and paternity too, establishment of healthcare providers in low-income neighborhoods, which are historically black as EVERYONE knows, that AREN'T run by an abortion corporation but are just if not more accessible than the ones run by said abortion corporation... there is SO much that needs to be done.

Such a fantastic point she made, that if you are to stop abortion, you must redefine what it is to be a woman. And I don’t mean any mentally ill man just identifying as one. I mean that you have to change what a woman stands for. A lot of young women stand for being a “bossgirl”, pro-abortion, pro-sex work. They believe that’s empowering, and they are changing the world for the better. You change this narrative, you make progress. Simple as that.

@@HunterKenobi2 Abortion is murder, transgender have a mental illness called gender dysphoria. Your definition of love is acceptance. You want to accept any and everything regardless of the outcome. I love everybody enough to tell them the truth, whatever they want to do with my pleadings is up to them. Without God there’s no morality which is why you support the things you support. You speak down on Christian’s, and yet Christian’s are the backbone of your society. You stand for freedom and yet you support abortion? The unborn freedom’s was snatched away from them before they can even make a decision because people such as yourself support such evilness. Repent!

My Mom was a lot like hers, anytime she heard me say I hated someone she set me straight. My parents greatly & openly valued life. Our extended family valued life, as well. If a child was conceived outside of wedlock in our family then they were equally valued & loved, there was never a reason for someone to seek an abortion & resources were always found, no matter how difficult. Valuing life must start in the home.

Real equity is in the Bible. The modern political use of the word is often a distortion, but equity is a Biblical concept. To know wisdom and instruction; To perceive the words of understanding; To receive the instruction of wisdom, Justice, and judgment, and equity; To give subtilty to the simple, To the young man knowledge and discretion. I don't think she's a progressive Christian. There are people who are socially conservative but more open to different views on other issues. There isn't much room for more nuanced views in the current two party system. The American Solidarity Party is a third party that is similar to Christian democracy parties, particularly in Europe.

@@treneemcgee8060 Conservatism believes in fighting racial injustice as well. And progressive leftist politics has created racism and bigotry towards whites in America, and the amount of race baiting that goes on in the mainstream media is beyond disgusting and it is a cancer for our society. Not anymore than it's an oxymoron to be Christian and Republican. The Republican party does not want to feed the poor, clothes the naked, educate the masses, speak the Truth, and they're supporting known child molestors and sexual predators (Trump, Matt Gates, etc). Christians can be liberal or conservative. But the Republican party is not Christian by default.
