Pro-Palestinian protests take over Columbia and NYU amid heightened tensions

Tensions have continued to escalate at Columbia University as pro-Palestinian encampments spread to other campuses in the city, including NYU. Out of an abundance of caution, the Morningside Heights school ordered its classes go virtual. At NYU, demonstrators held their ground despite being given a deadline to disperse in the afternoon. That professor was going to the Morningside campus where he DOES NOT WORK to agitate a pro-Palestinian protest that was happening inside. He works at the Manhattanville campus at Columbia Business School. He was there to agitate the situation, and when they told he couldn’t go harass the other students he threw a temper tantrum.
