I bought this just after Christmas. I was in my Man Cave ( Home Depot) and I saw them bring in four of these systems. I was just going to buy two boxes the small and big one. But they gave me 30 dollars off Hell so I got all three. Yea those latches got my knickers. But I am very happy with it. I had to put in a water heater in a trailer. So I needed there drills so I could toenail some 2/4 for a stronger floor. The cordless is the only way to go. You could build a house with Dewalt cordless.

Great video I bought the deal on the two drills two for 99 dollars. I had to install a water heater in a modular home. Under the house toenailing extra 2/4’s was so easy with the cordless drill. Now I have the three boxes. And plan to get most of their tools even the radio

Cool video. I debated on the 1.0 and 2.0 for a long while. In the end I went 1.0 for the fact that the dewalt paower station doesnt hook to the 2.0. The DS carrier is awesome for getting the tools out of the bottom box without unloading all the other boxes. The 2.0 boxes work with the DS carrier but they dont have the metal locking tabs on the back to lock the boxes to the cart.

@@selectyourtools Yes I was going to also mention the DS Carrier. plus the Garage Rack and or Van Trailer Rack. I don't even bother with the lower grade large box with built in wheels. that is designed for people who don't have a lot. Slide my cases off the racks built in my trailer right on to the Carrier and on to the job. Plus being an American and all I at least stick with the Company they is still American at least.

There is a DeWalt handtruck that allows you to remove the bottom boxes without touching the top boxes. Btw, did you know you can remove the handle on that bottom box, so you can fit it in a pick up truck bed?

VERY HELPFUL video!!! I like that you pointed out the half-tray compartments are able to latch in on all the different sized boxes, not only the small tool box as I seen in most pictures of the product. How has the product held up since this video? Thank you again for this video.
@selectyourtools3 жыл бұрын
Your welcome! The product is still going strong, as I use it all the time. It’s very handy, sometimes I just grab one box if I have a small job instead bringing the whole dolly. It’s very convenient kit and has did me well thus far! Thanks for the comment!!
@MrDINODINO743 жыл бұрын
The minuses are more then positive ones . 1 .The biggest is the short handler on the trolley box. Is Not safe to go down on the stairs. 2. Boll berings are missing and the wheels are tilted on the heavy load . 3. The box has to be level and pump to be close without pushing the lid . 4. The trolley box can leek if you open it in the rain because the lid vertical position is directly in to the box . 5 . The yellow lattice don't allow to put a bord on top of the boxes because they are sticking out. 6. The boxes are made from a thinner plastic and are double sleeve .
