You can ask you manager to work from amy desired location, or ask hr to change project, but becareful , academy team can terminate you also.

@@hellopareek if you reject too many projects offered from academy team, then they will ask you to find a project by yourself. If you failed to do so, then they might terminate you. You can sit on bench maximum 1.5 years to 2 years , my 2 friends are still no bench, 1+ year bench period. They will not terminate you directly. They will put you in PIP. After pip period, you have to find any project within 4 months, after that they will terminate you.. And if you want location change, then you can ask academy team, they will reject your request. But your project manager can allow you to work from amy location. Only if he is kind.😊 But you should join any location. All places are same, i'm from UP, i was in Mumbai, Airoli Capgemini. First 1-2 months was difficult, everything changed after 2-3 months, but I couldn't go to my house every month.😥 And luckily i got noida location because of my project
