You don't know anything about taqiyya. Muslims only practice it under duress and when they can't flee an oppressive land. Sunnis usually don't believe in it. He is just a liberal Afro-American Muslim who's Islam is more transcendental and universal and closer to Sufi Islam in many aspects. Mr Peterson, the reason you didn't get the answers we all know you didn't get about Islam is because you didn't ask the questions correctly. Personally, love is better, but at the end of the day, there are instances when hate will manifest, such as the murder of a loved one.
