100% need more blading on Braille, Chris is killing it so far! I want to see more crossovers with other sports. This helps grow all the extreme sports communities! Nothing makes me happier than seeing people show up to skate parks with a bike, blades, a board and a scooter. Alot of people stick to one sport.. but the reality is you can do all of them and carry over tons of knowledge to the other ones that will make you a better athlete.

If Chris can learn crossover strides for speed & turning while maintaining speed, use his knees more in general, deeper lunges in stride, he has the athletic ability just needs time/practice on blades. Eventually things will start feeling more comfortable & smoother. For only being on skates a short amount of time he’s already way ahead of most whom just put on skates for the first few times! Need to get him rolling on some better skates & he’s set.

True, new rollerbladers usually dont learn to roll comfortably. They go for harder stuff straight away and it looks stiff and bad. I learnt on rec skates before I even knew about aggressive, so didnt have a problem. Chris looks so much more comfortable just by bending down before and after landing. It flows better and looks natural. He can for sure progress quickly and easily coming from skateboarding.
