I was pleasantly surprised to find excellent Push 2 integration to the device. Thanks a ton. I did, however, notice an error in the display. Scale mode shows as OFF on the Push screen when it's ON and vice versa. Unless I'm reading it wrong.

Glad to hear it's working out well on the Push! I don't own a Push (yet) so I've been reliant on testers who have one but no one caught this problem yet. I will take a look under the hood to see what is going on. Perhaps it's just as simple as I labelled something backwards. I will be keeping Melodizer Black updated so any bugs will be fixed on later versions. 😉

any chance this was inspired by Vermona's Melodicer?

It has some inspiration from the Melodicer. They're similar in that they both have probability sliders but the Melodicer from what I can tell repeats the same melodies and has a Euclidean element to it but Melodizer is just truly random note selection based on probabilities set and won't repeat the same pattern unless you record its MIDI to a clip and play that clip.

So the external Chord trigger operates as Transposing the key ( and sequence ) too?

The external trigger will run the probability generator anytime it receives a MIDI note. The long of it is this: When using the internal clock it will run a calculation at a fixed time division (1/4 note for example) and at each division it will determine if a note will trigger and what note will be played based on your probability sliders for each note. In external mode, instead of using the internal clock to run the calculation it instead runs the calculation every time it receives and MIDI note. This lets you control the rhythm more or have other MIDI events in your track trigger the calculation.

That is a good question, I don't know the compatibility of Max For Live devices with Push 3 standalone. I highly doubt that the functionality would translate properly but if you want to contact me through my site I can send it to you to test and you can let me know 😉
