Sir, mai probation pr hu aur mere uper fake f.i.r u/s 376 2n ipc me kr diya gya he jiske baad mujhe judicial custody me bheja gya aur 55 days baad High court se bail mila but aisa kuch nhi tha aur after investigation police ne 504/506 ipc me chargesheet lga di he. Sir department mujhe terminate to nhi kr degi? Maine apne department me case se related sbhi documents provide kr diye after that hmare DC sir ne mujhe wapas join karwaya but next day mujhe suspend kr diya aur department inquiry setup krne ko bola he. Sir wo mujhe terminate to nhi kr denge.?

Appointed on two years probation .Successful completion of 22months the probationer retired on sprennuation . And probation was deemed to confirmed. Is the probationer entitled 2( 2+2) increments ln the last pay of probationer ?
