problem with Blackmagic studio fiber converter (w/ URSA broadcast + SMPTE fiber cable)

Did you clean your SMPTE connections on the CCU? Dirty fiber does that.

I had the same problem. My solution is to use a 3m 12G SDI cable instead of the short BNC cable between the camera and the fiber converter. With this it runs in 4k50 without any problems.
