I don't have weight to lose but I really enjoy intermittent fasting. It varies between 12 and 16 hours. I just feel better!

That's great. The benefits of fasting extending far beyond weight. Like everything, fasting is not a quick fix to weight loss but an excellent way to live a healthier life. Combine it with a plant based diet and you supercharge your body :)

Time restricted eating (8 hours eating, 16 hours fasting is helpful and sustainable)

I enjoy IF betw 14 - 16. Not for losing weight. For overall mind/body health. Which leads to better spiritual health. Wfpb. No ultra processed anything, no table sugar, the amt of stevia I take is only 2 sticks/day in black coffee or tea. Also juice and eat fruits. Digestive enzymes, probiotics, lots of water (2-3lit). Lots of garlic/lemon. 7 km /day for 4-5 days. I’m 65. 45 kg.

Dr. Hashmi is your family from Aligarh in India? My best friend from high school during the early 70s was Safdar Hashmi , he did have family in the US.
