If only you had a Ford truck that had a 12v Cummins in it without any emissions🤣! Seriously though, major props for being willing to wrench on one of those 6.7 Powerstrokes. Pretty complex engines. BTW have you ever mentioned the MPG you get out of your 6.7?

I know you saw the bare head of the 12v sitting on my workbench! I average 17mpg in the winter and 19 mpg in the summer empty. Towing I always seem to average 10-12mpg no matter what I'm pulling.

Diesels are deff unique to work on! Even though it was a tight area to work in, it still looked like more room than a 6.0 has. I need to replace the turbo on mine. Shouldnt be too bad 🤞

I'd like an update on CCV reroute. Is there oil build up at end of hose

No oil drips that I’ve ever seen. Only time I ever see anything out of it is when I’m pulling a heavy trailer(15,000+ pounds) and really working the engine I will see a little fog coming out of the tube when I’m at a stop

It’s a common problem with these trucks. Just about every company that makes parts for these trucks makes this kit

First problem it's a Ford. Second I personally don't want or own a diesel unless one for a tractor. There is or was a towing company close to me in Missouri and he thought it was okay to delete all of his trucks, well now he is in prison. He was even told not to do it but I guess he didn't think the epa would go after him.

All the manufacturers have their own problems. And given the way things are going with emissions this will likely be my last diesel

They are not called Fix Or Repair Daily for nothing you know. With al the stupid regulations the powers that be are bringing down 'for our own good' they are giving me incentive to buy an older truck. Like pre 2000.

All the manufacturers have their downfalls. This truck has been super reliable. But I also have my 97 ford that doesn’t have any government overreach regulations
