Hello! Sir. I've a serious question. Please help me with the perfect reply. I'm a commission base LIC Agent. So my monthly income isn't fixed. I've not other source of income. My average monthly commission is Rs. 7,000/month for this current financial year. And My wife is Graduate and she was doing job before marriage ( 2 years ago). At present she is staying with her parents at her father's own house and she isn't doing job at now. She has migraine problem. I live with my parents at my father's own house. My father is a retired person from jute mill and my mother is a home maker. Their total monthly pension is Rs. 5,500 including government schemes. Now, I want to know what amount I've to pay to my wife as a maintenance in case of 489A IPC or 125 CRPC ?
